We process information submitted through the reservation and recruitment forms, including name, contact details, reservation information, seating preference, messages and CV files. We may also process basic technical information required to operate and secure the website.

4. Legal bases
Reservation data is processed to provide the service requested and, where applicable, to take steps before entering into a contract. Recruitment data is processed with your consent and for legitimate recruitment purposes. Necessary technical processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Supabase for reservation and form infrastructure, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Register.it for domain and mailbox services. Their processing may involve infrastructure outside Portugal and is subject to the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

Reservation information is retained only for as long as needed to manage the booking and related operational or legal requirements. Cancelled online reservations are removed from the active reservation database. Recruitment applications are normally retained for up to 12 months, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is legally required.
